Thankfully, the Clinton victory has not been reported as being a turning point in the race:

As John Harwood of the New York Times and CNBC said on MSNBC Tuesday several hours before the polls closed, “The headline tomorrow will be: ‘Hillary Clinton Wins Big in West Virginia; Democratic Party Yawns.’”

They weren't quite; the NY Times had 'Clinton Beats Obama Handily in West Virginia', and the Washington Post similarly lead with 'Clinton Handily Defeats Obama in West Virginia - Victory Does Little to Tighten the Delegate Race'.
